Appointments & Reservations
We strongly recommend you schedule spa
appointments in advance. However, openings are
sometimes available due to a cancellation.
In consideration of following clients, late arrivals will
only receive the remaining available appointment time
and will be charged the full fee for scheduled services.
We kindly request that appointment cancellations or
changes be made at least 24 hours in advance.
(72 hours in advance for multiple treatments)
Children may receive services as long as their behavior
is consistent with other spa patrons and does not
interfere with their own, or any other, spa service.
Etiquette
A locker will be provided for you upon your arrival.
Disrobe to the level of your comfort. Undergarments
are not necessary but you may wear them if you
prefer. Our licensed therapists are trained to drape a
sheet or towel over you in a discrete manner assuring
your privacy at all times.
To ensure a relaxing spa experience we request that
cell phones be turned off during your visit.
You may or may not choose to talk with your
therapist. If you feel like chatting, go ahead. If you
don’t, lie down and zone out!
Payment & Gratuities
We accept cash, Visa, Master Card, American Express,
Discover, & personal checks.
A 15-20% gratuity is appreciated for our services
but only at your discretion. Personalized gratuity
envelopes can be found at the reception desk.
Valuables
Thank you for keeping your valuables at home. While
we do provide lockers for your personal use, Serene
Spaces is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
